Prices & Specifications -価格と仕様
All prices are F.O.B. the YOSHIMASA in California, USA, and are subject to change with or without notice.
全ての価格は米国カリフォルニア州のヨシマサより配送された時点のものであり、価格は予告の有る無しに関わらず変更される可能性があります。
The use of lift gate and inside delivery is not part of our standard shipping service package. That would result in an extra charge that the customer will have to pay.
リフトゲートと内部配送の使用は、当社の標準配送サービスパッケージの一部ではありません。その場合、お客様が支払う必要のある追加料金が発生します。

Cancellation – キャンセル
A reasonable mutual agreement between the buyer and YOSHIMASA is required for cancellation of all orders, reduced or revised quantities, and or extended plans. Any custom-built order cannot be canceled, and the deposit made will not be refunded.
全てのオーダーに関してのキャンセル、オーダー数の変更、及びプランの延期等は購入先とヨシマサUSAとの間での妥当な合意にもとついてのみ有効です。

(When ordering a case going outside the USA, please specify electric voltage and hertz otherwise we will consider 115V.)
米国外で寿司ケースを注文する場合は、電圧とヘルツを指定してください。指定しない場合は、115Vと見なされます。

Freight Classes & Weights – 貨物クラス＆重量

All YOSHIMASA products ship under various classifications and all weights are approximate. YOSHIMASA is not responsible for any variations thereof. YOSHIMASA will make every attempt to ship only by responsible and preferred carriers.
ヨシマサUSAの商品配送方法は多岐に渡り、重量はおおよそのものとなります。ヨシマサUSAはそれらの変化には責任を負いかねます。ヨシマサUSAは責任と信頼のある運送業者だけを利用致しております。

Customer’s Freight Damage Procedure – お客様の運送損害の手続き
Before signing the UPS or carrier’s fright bill the customer should do the following:
UPS、または運送会社の請求書にサインをする前にお客様は以下の項目に従ってください。

VISIBLE DAMAGE:
目に見える損傷について:
1. Inspect shipment for ANY possible damage. If you are suspicious in any way, then mark the carrier’s copy of the freight bill “damaged”. (DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US UNTIL WE GIVE PERMISSION TO DO SO)
運送されたものに損傷が無いか確認してください。疑わしく思える点には、運送会社の船荷証券に“損傷”と記入してください。（弊社からそう指示されるまでは送り返さないで下さい）
2. As noted on the warning label on the package, make sure to inspect the shipment for any damages before signing any paperwork from the driver. When checking for damage, be sure to check the case thoroughly and don’t let the driver rush you. You have every right to sign the paperwork from the driver after properly inspecting for any hidden damage.
パッケージの警告ラベルに記載されているように、ドライバーからの書類に署名する前に、損傷がないか必ず貨物を検査してください。損傷をチェックするときは、ケースを徹底的にチェックし、ドライバーに急がないようにしてください。隠れた損傷がないか適切に検査した後、ドライバーから書類に署名する権利があります。
3. Make sure that the condition of the damage is noted on your copy of the freight bill and signed by the driver.
お客様のコピーにも損傷の状況を船荷証券に記されてあることを確認した上で運転手にサインをさせてください。
4. Ask them to send their agent to complete an inspection report.
運送業者のエージェントにも検査報告させるよう依頼してください。
5. Action must be taken by you to notify the carrier within 48 hours upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the carrier to provide you with a written report. After notifying the carrier and filing a damage report, then you should notify us.
受け取りから４８時間以内に運送会社に連絡してください。運送会社には報告書を出す責任があります。運送会社に連絡し損傷報告をファイルした後で弊社にご連絡ください。
6. Be sure to keep ALL cartons and merchandise for inspection.
全てのカートンと商品を検査のため保持してください。

CONCEALED DAMAGE:
外見では気づきにくい、隠れた部分の損傷:
1. Action must be taken by you to notify the carrier within 48 hours upon receipt. After notifying the carrier and filing a damage report, then you should notify us.
うけとりから４８時間以内に運送会社に連絡してください。運送会社に損傷報告をファイルした後弊社に連絡お願いします。
2. Request for the carrier to send their agent to complete an inspection report immediately.
運送業者のエージェントにも直ちに検査報告をさせるよう依頼してください。
3.  Be sure to keep ALL cartons and merchandise for inspection. (DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US UNTIL WE GIVE PERMISSION TO DO SO)
全てのカートンと商品を検査のために保持してください。（弊社が指示するまで送り返さないで下さい。）
4. Styrofoam may hide any hidden dents on the shipment that may not be visible. You must inspect all corners thoroughly.
搬送中におきた凹み等などが発泡スチロールで隠れて見えなくなっているかもしれません。隅々まで確認してください。
5. If the carrier stacks any contents on the glass units this can cause the glass doors to break or damage from the inside because they are double glass.
ガラスドアは２重になっていますので、運送業者がガラスの上に物を乗せると内側のガラスドアの破損、損傷の原因になります。

ALL UNITS ARE INSPECTED AT THE WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND ARE CHECKED FOR ANY DAMAGES THOROUGHLY BEFORE BEING RELEASED!!!
全てのユニットは出荷前、弊社倉庫内で機能テスト及び損傷等のチェックを済ませています。
If these directions are not followed, Yoshimasa will not be liable for any damages not reported by the receiving party on the paperwork signed and handed to the driver. If there is damage and it was not noted, the product will be considered delivered in good condition.
これらの指示に従わない場合、吉正は、署名して運転手に渡した書類について受領者から報告されなかったいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。破損があり、記載がない場合、商品は良好な状態でお届けしたものとみなします。

 NOTE: 　*All sushi cases are designed to operate in an environment of 77°F ambient temperature with 55% relative humidity.*
すべての寿司ケースは周囲の温度が77°F、55％の相対湿度の元での稼働を想定したデザインとなっています。

Product Returns – 返品について
It is mandatory that returned product(s) and/or parts must be shipped prepaid, packed in the original carton, and be received in GOOD condition to be authorized credit to your account by YOSHIMASA.
商品、部品の返品送料はお客様の前払いになります。オリジナルのカートンに梱包して弊社宛に良いコンディションで返品された物だけが、お客様の口座にクレジットとされます。

Do not send the damaged equipment back to YOSHIMASA until you retain permission to do so. If you do, NO credit will be applied to your account and you will be held completely responsible for ALL returning shipping costs.
弊社に指示されるまで損傷のある物を送り返さないで下さい。そうした場合、弊社からお客様への口座にクレジットが反映されません。そして、運送費用がお客様に課せられます。

All returned items need to have RA #, a 27% restocking fee will be charged, and NO items can be returned more than 30 days after purchase date. No return of used equipment will be accepted.　返品には返品許可番号が必要です。そして返品の際には27％の返品手数料がかかります。ご購入より30日を過ぎた商品のお受け取りは出来ません。一度でも使用された商品は返品対象と致しませんのでご注意ください。

Custom cases and condensing units are not returnable.
カスタムケースと凝縮ユニットは返却できません。

The warranty becomes void if the attached card is not filled out and returned to YOSHIMASA within 12 (twelve) days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to the products of which payment is overdue by the distributors or dealers (retailors) until they make the full payment to YOSHIMASA.
購入時から１２日以内に保証登録の葉書に必要事項を記載して弊社に送り返してください。ディストリビューターやディーラー（小売業）の支払いが滞っていた場合は保証はされません。

Custom-made Agreement
By confirming the final design you are agreeing to this agreement.

Design: YOSHIMASA provides 3D design of your idea that meets national sanitation and safety regulation and you confirm it to complete your order. An extra design fee should be applied for any changes made to the confirmed design and it may affect the due date.
Materials: Metal materials should be all 304 stainless steel except galvanized bottom plate and they should meet the requirement by National sanitation and safety regulation. Glass materials should be all tempered safety glass except Plexiglas sliding backdoors. Top glass should be designed a bit tilt upward to prevent any plates from being slide down. All glass should be removable for periodic cleaning.
Workmanship: Each individual piece of all custom-made sushi cases are 100 percent manually fabricated by hand. Any minor gaps including up to1/8″ variances and imperfections should be excusable.
Quality control: Before shipping any gas leak and overall performance should be checked with a test-run at the factory.
Delivery: All custom-made sushi cases should be placed and secured in a wood crate and shipped by a major nationwide carrier.
Installation: A certified HVAC engineer should be hired for the proper installation and he holds full responsibilities for the installation and HVAC works at the site. YOSHIMASA should provide the information for the installation that the engineer needs.
Return: There is no return policy for a Custom-made Sushi Display Cases and we cannot cancel a sale or issue a refund once the order has been placed.
Warranty: The Condensing unit (if ordered separately) comes with 1-year factory warranty and the Custom-made Sushi Display Case is not covered under this warranty.

オーダーメードの合意

最終のデザインを確認することによって下記のことに合意することになります。

デザイン:　ヨシマサがお受けしたデザインは国の衛生と安全規制を満たした3Dにデザインされます。それを確認したうえでオーダー完了となります。デザインを確認した後の変更は別途料金として加算されます。変更内容によっては締切り期日に影響するかもしれません。
材料：金属材料は電流を通された底のプレート以外すべて304ステンレススチール使用で、国の衛生と安全規制を満たしています。ガラス材料は後ろの引きドア戸がプレキシガラスそしてその他は調節された安全ガラスです。上段のガラスはお皿が滑り落ちないように少し上向きに傾いています。すべてのガラスは定期的なクリーニングのため取り外しが可能です。
技量：オーダーメードの寿司ネタケースはすべて手作りのため、少しの隙間等は致し方ありません。
品質管理：発送の前にガス漏れ、総合的なパフォーマンスをチェックするため、工場で試運転します。
配達：全てのオーダーメード寿司ネタケースは木製の木枠にしっかり確保され、全国的なサービス展開している大手運送業者により配送されます。
設置：必ずHVACの設置資格を持ったエンジニアに設置を依頼して下さい。弊社製品の設置には正しい知識が必要です。設置者は間違った設置による事故のすべての責任を負うことになります。ヨシマサではエンジニアが必要であれば商品情報提供を致しております。
返品：ご注文を受けたオーダーメードの寿司ネタケースの返品は出来ません。注文後のセールスのキャンセル、返金も出来ません.
保証：コンデンシングユニット（別注文）は1年間の保証となります。オーダーメードの寿司ネタケースの保証はございません。

You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles county, the state of California, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of YOSHIMASA
